Peter Laughter, CEO of Wall Street Services has been instrumental in the growth and development of the firm. He oversaw a major expansion of business in the mid 90s and has put in place technology and other infrastructure for continued expansion.

He has both selected and designed innovative software that allows for the effective management of critical business issues for temporary staffing. His training in sociology/anthropology spawned an interest in corporate cultures, their variations and the importance they play in employee success. The ability to distinguish cultures has been a hallmark of Wall Street Services’ ability to effectively staff very diverse financial service firms. The press frequently interviews Mr. Laughter for his opinions on trends in temporary staffing and his unique perspective about the direction the sector is taking.

Mr. Laughter has been selected to participate in a number of leadership training programs such as MIT’s Birthing of Giants—an advanced training for successful entrepreneurs. He is active with YEO (Young Entrepreneurs Organization) and participates in the planning of educational seminars for that organization.

A graduate of Earlham College, Mr. Laughter is active on a number of boards and committees and is interested in sailing and politics.
